Yahya felt the desire to expand his understanding in the realm of research after graduating from Turkey with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He thought that with his research abilities, he would investigate issues such as society in general, African folklore, and African literature. He began an internship as a research assistant at Malmö University in Malmö city. During that time, he was involved in the fields of oral music, teacher education, and children’s literature. He also taught certain classes as a visiting lecturer, explaining various aspects of African society.Following that period, he began a master’s degree at Tampere University, which allowed him to go more into the issue of informal organizations’ responsibilities in formal institutions, which constituted the conceptual framework of his Master’s thesis.
